What is Cool-Off?
Time-Out, also referred to as Cool-Off, is a self-exclusion tool that allows you to take a break from gambling for a specified period. During this time, you will be prevented from accessing your account, and you will not receive any promotional materials. The duration of a Time-Out can vary and can last from 24 hours up to six weeks. This feature helps promote responsible gaming and allows you to take a step back if you feel that your gambling habits are becoming problematic.
In case you feel the need to take a brief pause from betting and gaming on our platform, you have the option to activate a Time-Out for a specified period of time. This feature allows you to exclude yourself from accessing your account and restricts promotional materials for the duration of the Time-Out period. You can select a Time-Out for 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, or set a custom duration. The Time-Out feature promotes responsible gaming and encourages you to take a step back if you feel that your gambling activity is becoming problematic.
