What happens to the funds in My Account if I terminate My Account?

If your account is closed with a positive balance, the funds will not be returned to you until you send a withdrawal request and provide us with the bank account details needed to return the balance. If you have outstanding or pending bets, such as sports bets or lottery tickets, we will not cancel these bets upon termination, and it is your responsibility to contact [email protected] to secure the transfer of any winnings resulting from the outcome of such bets once settled.

If your account balance is below €5, a refund will not be applicable, and the funds will remain available on your account should it be reopened.
