No. In order to withdraw funds using Skrill, it is necessary to have previously made a successful deposit with your Skrill account. If you have completed a successful deposit, you can proceed to the cashier section, navigate to the ‘Withdrawal’ tab, and select the Skrill logo. Once our internal procedures have been completed, the amount you requested to withdraw will be electronically transferred to your Skrill account.
