Why would my account be closed?
We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to suspicion of fraud, breach of terms and conditions, or other illegal activity. If we have not received your KYC documentation to verify your account by the time you have reached a certain depositing threshold, we are required to close your account in line with AML/CFT regulatory requirements. In that case, we will refund any remaining balance to the payment method used to deposit, or you will be required to send us your bank account details with proof that this bank account is in the same name registered on https://dragonara.com.
