How do I fund my account using Visa Card?
To fund your account with a Visa Card, please follow these simple steps:
- Log in to your account and click on the ‘Cashier’ tab.
- Select the ‘Deposit’ option.
- Look for the Visa Card logo and click on it to select this deposit option.
- Enter or select your desired deposit amount and bonus code (if applicable), then click on ‘Deposit’.
- Fill in the ‘Credit Card Deposit Form’ with accurate details related to your card, such as credit card number, CVV2 number, and expiration date.
- Click ‘Submit’ to proceed with the transaction.
- After submitting the form, the next screen will indicate whether the credit card transaction was successful or unsuccessful. In case of a failed transaction, you will receive an error message with the reason for failure, such as insufficient funds on the card.
- If the transaction is successful, you will receive a message indicating a ‘Successful Credit Card Purchase’.
- Close the window and return to the lobby. Your account balance should update within a couple of minutes. If your balance does not update after two minutes, try logging out and logging back in to your account.
